What types of classes does Hablar en Español offer?

We offer online Spanish conversation classes, either individually or in groups, depending on availability. All classes are conducted via video call.

How do I book a class?

From our website you can select the available time and complete the payment in advance through our online payment platform.

Can I cancel or change a booked class?

Yes. You can cancel or reschedule a class free of charge up to 24 hours before your reserved time. After this time, no refunds or changes will be made.

What happens if I don’t attend the reserved class?

If you do not attend and do not give at least 24 hours’ notice, you will lose the right to a refund or reschedule that class.

How are payments made?

Payments are made in advance and online, through the external payment platform we use to ensure security and speed.

Why is an individual class more expensive?

Individual classes are priced higher than package sessions, as they do not include the volume discount.

How is my personal data handled?

Your information is used only to manage reservations, payments, and send you confirmations or notifications. We do not share your information with third parties except to process payments or comply with legal obligations.

Can I access or delete my personal data?

Why are prices in dollars?

Prices are expressed in USD as these classes are primarily geared toward international students. Mercado Pago automatically converts the prices to Brazilian reais for your convenience.
